Our menu items are made right on our premises, in our kitchen. They are not trucked in from some other state, or purchased 'ready-made'. We carefully select the best produce before we use it to produce Melbourne best Lebanese cuisine.
The methods we use in food preparation are, with few exceptions, the same methods used in traditional kitchens for thousands of years. We do not dump our ingredients into a machine and out pops a salad. Our chefs actually engage in every step of the preparation process.
We'd like to see you sometime soon. Please take a look at our Special Offer as we have great promotions going on from time to time. We serve dinner from 5:30 till late Monday to Saturday (Open Sundays for birthdays and other group functions by appointment). Call ahead on major holidays (sometimes we feel like taking a break, sometimes we don't). We suggest you make reservations on the weekends and anytime you plan on bringing in a party of 6 or more. We can comfortably hold 60 people and it provides an elegant setting for any gathering or celebration.
