Our menu items are made from carefully selected produce before we use it to create Melbourne's best Lebanese cuisine.
The methods we use in food preparation are, with few exceptions, the same methods used in traditional kitchens for thousands of years. We do not dump our ingredients into a machine and out pops a salad. Our chefs actually engage in every step of the preparation process. We serve dinner from 5:30 till late Monday to Saturday (Available other times for group functions by appointment). Call ahead on major holidays (sometimes we feel like taking a break, sometimes we don't). We suggest you make reservations to avoid missing out. We can comfortably hold up to 50 people and our environment provides an homely setting for any gathering or celebration.
